I haven’t received my order.

Our Terms of Service state that orders may take up to 5 business days to arrive. If your order has not been delivered after this timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team. Include your order number and shipping address so we can assist you quickly.

I have not received my pattern yet. What should I do?

If you purchased a PDF pattern, it will be sent by mail. 

Please remember to save all PDF patterns to your computer or an external device. In the event of a site issue or technical failure, we cannot guarantee long‑term storage of your files.
